We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for most orders.  Same-day orders may be possible based on availability, so give us a call and we'll do our best.

There is no minimum for pickup and a $100 minimum for delivery orders.

Absolutely. Our online ordering page lets you choose proteins, additional toppings, and sides. For fully custom menus — special proteins, or unique requests — reach out to us directly via our linked form and we will see what we can do.

Yes! We offer delivery within 35 miles. A delivery fee applies based on distance and order size. You can check if your address is in range at checkout, or contact us directly.

Every order placed on our website includes table tents identifying the food and major allergens, plus serving utensils. Plates, napkins, and forks are available at no charge. Select what you need at checkout.

We take allergies seriously and will do all we can to accommodate them. Please note any allergies when placing your order and we will contact you if there are any further questions or issues.Note: Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, and soy, so cross-contact is possible. Please inform your guests accordingly.

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us for any cancellations at events@hilotaco.com.

Yes. We can accept changes up to 24 hours before your event. Email events@hilotaco.com as soon as you know what needs to change.

No. Our loyalty program does not currently apply to catering orders.

Our delivery drivers will happily unpack and lay out your catering order. Tips are appreciated. We don’t currently offer full-service off-site events. If you’d like to host your group at Hi-Lo instead, ask us about a partial or full restaurant buyout.
