Internal manager text alerts:

Hi-Lo may use Twilio to send operational text alerts to managers who have personally agreed to receive them. Managers provide that consent verbally. These alerts are for internal operations; guests do not receive them, and the alerts do not contain guest personal details. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. A manager may withdraw consent by contacting us at info@hilotaco.com.

When we share information:

We provide information to companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, ordering, payment, loyalty, email, and text messaging providers.
