Questions
How do I place a catering order?
You can place your order directly through our online catering website for pickup or catering delivery throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding region. Click "Order Catering Online" above. For custom menus, large events, corporate catering, office lunches, or special requests, click "Inquire Now" above. We reply to all inquiries within 1 business day.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Online ordering cuts off at 3pm the day prior. Orders cannot be placed online after 3pm the day prior but depending on the details we often are able to accommodate short-notice orders. If you missed the cut-off, give us a call at (267) 996-4910 to discuss your order directly with us.
I HAVE AN EZCater account. Can i just order there?
Yes, we're available on ezCater. Many customers first discover us there when searching for office catering, corporate catering, and lunch catering in Philadelphia. However, ezCater charges a commission on every order. Ordering directly through Hi-Lo gives you access to our full catering menu, additional customization options, and the best value. Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
Whether you're ordering lunch for 10 people or catering a large event for hundreds of guests, we'd love to help. On our ordering site, there is no minimum for pickup and there is a $100 minimum for delivery orders. To ensure orders over $3,000 are received with enough lead time to prepare you are unable to place them directly on our website and should use the "Inquire Now" button above with at least 72 hours.
Can I customize my menu?
Absolutely. Our taco catering packages can be customized with your choice of proteins, toppings, sides, and add-ons. For corporate events, office lunches, private parties, weddings, or fully custom catering menus, reach out through the "Inquire Now" button above and we'll build something that fits your event.
Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We provide catering delivery throughout Philadelphia, the Main Line, Bucks County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, South Jersey, and the surrounding region. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. The maximum delivery distance is 35 miles of center city Philadelphia.
Do you provide UTENSILS & DISPOSABLES?
Plates, napkins, and forks are available upon request. Be sure to select what you need when checking out. Serving utensils and table tents with dish names, descriptions and major allergens, are included with all orders.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
We take allergies seriously and will do all we can to accommodate them. Please note any allergies when placing your order and we will contact you if there are any further questions or issues.

Note: Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, and soy, so cross-contact is possible. Please inform your guests accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Please email cancellation requests to events@hilotaco.com.
Can I change my order or guest count after booking?
Yes - please send adjustments 48 hours prior to your event. Late adjustments may be accommodated when possible. Please email us with requests at events@hilotaco.com or call us at (267) 996-4910.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Currently, catering orders are not eligible for loyalty points. We are in the process of exploring ways to reward our catering guests, and we'll keep y'all updated.
Can i use a hi-lo gift card?
Our online catering site does not support gift cards. If you'd like to use a gift card please contact us directly using the "Inquire Now" button above with your order details and be sure to mention you have a gift card to use. We will be able to apply it manually.
Do you provide staff/plateware/rentals for off-site events?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not equipped for full-service off-site events. We can accommodate larger groups with full or partial buyouts in our restaurant. Please fill out the inquiry form and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours about using our space for your event.
