After nearly 20 years of cooking I have turned my lifelong obsession with BBQ, fire, and smoke, into a business. I've cooked around the world and worked for everyone from Michelin-starred chefs to the largest food brands and everything in between. I'm striving to keep the love, care, and thoughtfulness I learned in fine-dining kitchens but make simple affordable food that you can enjoy often.

We explored lots of recipes with our pop-ups and continued menu development throughout construction. Expect to see lots of new things on the menu, but also look out for some crowd favorites to return! 

The space is new, some of the faces are new, but as always, you can expect handmade flour tortillas and pit-smoked meats + veggies. These are the things that bring us happiness and comfort. We hope they'll do the same for you.
